We just returned from Riomaggiore. We spent a week. It was great. Yes, it does get crowded in the daytime with tour groups, but there were few tourists at night. We saw a few young backpackers bit most had already returned to school. Thank you for the website, it was most helpful. We booked through “Edi” online. Sent in a deposit. Everything went smoothly and had a nice apartment.
