My wife stayed at the Stella in Monterosso in 1997. Don’t let anyone tell you there’s a better place. Great rooms, great breakfast on the terrace overlooking the old town and the sea. Great cold beer on the terrace after a days hike. The best staff. We were there in early October and it was perfect! Great weather and no people.
